The last few weeks I have created menu plans, and then somehow they have all gotten thrown away after I finished grocery shopping. Probably since I wrote it on my grocery list. Sadly, I never wrote my menu plan on my calendar, and then I’m left trying to remember what we were suppose to have.
So this week I thought I’d start sharing my Dinner Plan’s with you…that way if I don’t get it written on my calendar, and my list gets thrown away, it’s at least here, right?
Dinner plan for this coming week is….
Thursday – Creamy Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese
Friday – Homemade Pizza and salad
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Crockpot Pineapple Chicken with rice and salad
Monday – Beef and Cheddar Pot Pie with Oven Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans (Recipe coming soon)
Tuesday – Smothered Chicken and Stuffing with Broccoli and biscuits
Wednesday – Homemade Skillet Mac and Cheese (My favorite recipe is over at Mel’s Kitchen Café!)
