Today my family begins week three of a dairy free menu plan. Sometime next week I will reintroduce it to my son’s diet to see how he reacts to it. But in the meantime, here’s what we plan on having for dinner this next week:
Thursday: Hot beef sandwiches with mashed potatoes and green beans
Friday: Raspberry Chicken with rice and salad
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Spicy Asian Sesame Chicken Wings with fresh fruit and vegetables
Monday: Grilled Apricot Glazed Pork Chops (from ReadySetEat) with salad and green beans
Tuesday: Crockpot Lemon Chicken (from Life as a Loft House) with broccoli
Wednesday: Taco’s
